Hi. Ive just started my workout 2 days ago. Im using the Beguinners Workout 2, suplied by the Penis-Health website. Im enjoying it and expect to see some results in a month. My current measures are 5.5 length and 2.5girth when erect. I know its not big, thats way im doing the program. I have had sex A LOT since i was 15, so i know what im doing (but always learning something new). Im 19 now, i satisfy my girlfriend almost everyday with giving her good cums. But i want a bigger penis. Is this a good beguiner workout plan to stick too ?? Thanks

work-outs vary to every person, you might find it works for you and you gain, if you don't, don't despair just increase your work out plan some people are fast gainers some are slow, just keep at it and the gains will come, i mean just look at some of the other people here some have gained 2 inches in 8months and some have gained 1.4 in 5months just remeber to have your breaks, as this gives time for the cells to repair adn try not to masterbate or engeage in sex 2-3 hours before or after your exercise as i here this decrease your gains, something too do with hormones i think. is that measurment bone press erect length and did you measure your girth right it's sound odd see my thread as it gives you a picture of girth measurment.
hope you get gains soon

Stick with the begineer routine for about 4 weeks. I assume since you labled it #2 you are doing the 20-25 minute workout.
Then switch to the intermediate workout, I would recommend sticking with the 25 minute workout for about two weeks and then bumping it up to 35-40 minutes. I've always liked the 5 day a week workout schedule, 3 on 1 off and 2 on 1 off. You will have to decide what fits into your schedule. Keep us posted on your results.
good luck

Are you sure your girth is 2.5"? Girth and width are different - width is just from one side to the other, girth is all the way around. You'll either need a piece of string or a flexible tape ruler to measure that.
