While reading in bed. On back, bend one leg up. Reach under leg, grasp penis behind the head and pull under your leg real taut. Let your leg down slowly and feel the pull. Bend your other leg real slow as this effects the pressure.Bend the raised leg to the right and left for more tension. You can massage the penis on the top for,I guess. better results,
