Hi guys

I'm new to all this i just got my order of pro solution pills which came with 1 bottle of volume enhance pills (should i take the 2 pills together)

I was just woundering what sort of exercise programme i should do

Any advise would be much appreciated

Hey nige h, and welcome to the forums!
I'll just answer your questions quickly, but if you have any more, feel free to post them in the 'Newbies' forum, where you will get a quicker response from Falcon or another moderator.

Anyway, it's completely fine to take the pills together or seperately. It really doesn't matter.

Now, I assume you're a member at Penis-Health? Just follow through with one of their excellent beginners routines for a couple of weeks for starters to get your dick conditioned for more intense exercises later on.

If you aren't a member, then here's a basic beginners routine that should get you going:

-Warmup 5 mins, use a washcloth soaked in hot water (be careful not to burn yourself, though! :D)
-Jelq 10 minutes. Go easy at first... don't use too much pressure, as it might result in injury. Each jelq should last around 2-4 seconds. Make sure you are using plenty of lube. I'd also recommend you shave your shaft and balls, as this makes the exercises a whole lot more comfortable to perform.

-Manual stretching: (basic long schlong) 5 minutes up, 5 minutes down, and a couple of minutes left and right, with a slightly downward angle. Pull with sufficient force so that you can feel a slight pain in the ligaments. Do NOT over do it, since an injury at such an early stage could be catastrophic for your future PE plans, and it might even make you want to give up on the whole thing. If you're having trouble getting a good enough grip, just ask away and we will advise you further.

-Warmdown, about 5 minutes.

That should get you started.

Oops, sorry, I meant that the stretching should be done before the jelqing! Sorry bout that.

Welcome to the Mens-Health forum. There is a lot of very good information here. Shafty provided you with a basic routine to start with but you may want to consider joining the paysite if you haven't already. It will give you a short learning curve to get the most from your workouts.

Be sure to spend a little extra time on that warm up step, Nige H. There is a tendency to under-do that one or skip it altogether. I'll let you in on a little secret--it's the key to fast gains. Use water that is so hot that it's barely tolerable. Penis enlargment is about stretching connective tissue and the circulation of blood. That warm up rag enhances both by at least an order of magnitude.
