how do i get thicker in the flaccid state and longer becuz flacci soemtimes it look real small and thin when my dick is cold and warm it still is small but when im hard im like 6inches

From the exercises on this site, your flaccid state will increase in size. Flaccid state is usually one of the first gains that you will get before erect gains. So dont worry too much about this just yet, you will be fine :P

Flaccid state is usually the first are that people see increases, the sit down stretch is an EXCELLENT exercise to increase the flaccid length.
