I've been doing this program for 1.5 months and haven't seen any results yet.The matter is that i can only exercise for 2 months more.Then i will move with some roommates and won't be able to go on.
My routine includes warmup,the PC exercise,jelq,double hand,long shlong 7 days per week.
Maybe i'm pushing it too hard and need to take often breaks.how exactly should i change my routine?Won't it take me back if i take say 5 days off?

from today do 3 days on 1 day off or 2 days on and 1 day off ok ???
this day off every 2 or 3 days gives ur penis the time needed to regain cells . by doing 7 days a week u havnt given ur penis any time off and no time to gain at all <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/frown.gif ALT=":(">
with this new routine in 2 months u should see gainz

Hey bud!
Where there is a will, there is a way! You can certainly find a way to spend some time by yourself, even if you have to leave the apartment to do it. Never give up because of so-called obstacles. You can ALWAYS find a way. Maybe you will have to go find a neglected corner somewhere where you can be alone, but, DUDE! go looking around!

Prior to taking a shower you can get some exercises in and remember to give you penis a break
