ok heres the deal... from what I have read about PC flexes it seems to state that after a work out your PC muscle should feel a burning sensation, the result of a good workout. It does not matter how long I flex my PC for I never seem to tire or feel any benifit. I would definately not say this was because I have an extrememly strong PC muscle because I still cant last as long in bed with my girl as I would like. Does any one have any tips on sexual stamina because the PC's dont work.

Actually I'm new to this, and don't really have enough background to be giving advice...as a matter of fact I've been hoping someone with a little more experience would comment so we would both learn something.
But here's something I have noticed, I to saw no great improvements or felt I was doing enough with the PCflexes, I just wasn't feeling it. So I started to only do them when I was erect/semi erect, and then do a flex and hold it for 20 - 30 sec, and watch it move and expand... I don't do as many as I used to, because I stop just past the point of feeling I've had a good workout (a tightness in the PC that lingers). I also use a little creative visualization, imagining it getting much bigger... I've noticed actual pain or soreness in the area of my PC muscle since I started doing this, perhaps I've been straining a little to hard though, because I kinda get a pain there occasionally thats not very fun, and can make sitting down on something hard, kinda sensitive and uncomfortable too.
Goodluck

Perhaps someone will comment now???

same for me... i never really seem to tire, i have been able to do 700 at a time and not really have any problem.. this of course is not in an erect state, but the info says that you dont have to have an erect penis to perform this exercise... so... please someone reply.. it would greatly help if i know this actually really works and maybe some better tips on how to get an actual workout out of it....
