i just recieved my free consultation and i just finished the horizontal movement exercise and started to do my streches. well i looked down to my penis and noticed a swollen bump just below my head.this freaks me out because i have done some exercises before and this has never happend and i DO NOT want it to happen again. i had to use some ice to bring the swelling down.somebody help me out with this please.

Try not to freak out over this! I'm almost over what sounds like the exact same thing, and it's taken about three weeks to heal. I have had this problem before, and sometimes it goes away sooner-- still don't know exactly how it happens, am trying to figure that out. I'm going to try adding more rest days in my schedule when I start back in. Maybe I can avoid it that way.
I just leave my dick alone completely(I still have sex, though) and it starts shrinking eventually. After it's completely gone, I'm o.k. to start p.e. again. Even with this problem, I've still gained 1/2" in length and over 5/8" in girth, so it hasn't stopped me in the "bigger" picture. What I've discovered for myself though, is to not do ANY stretches or jelqing until everything is completely back to normal with my dick- I think that something could really get hurt if I were to continue jelqing with an injury like that. Also, I give my dick a complete rest at the very first sign of any abnormalities. Good luck.
