I have been on the program for approximately 2 months now and have gone from 6-3/8 to 6-3/4. All of the length gain was in the first 4 weeks and I haven't increased since then. My exercise routine is 2 days on and 1 day off, always first thing in the morning when I am relaxed. I am exercising exactly as described with the exception of the cool down at times. It has reached a point where I am using so much force to stretch that I am afraid of permanent damage.
My question's are, Why the lack of length gain over the last four weeks? Do I need to do anything different? Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Please help if you can, I would like to start seeing gains in the length once again.
