Hello, I am new in the program and I would like to know while doing the exercices; suppose it says 8 minutes... should I do constant 8 minutes slowly, without any break or like 2 times of 4 minutes with a break? And I should warm up between each exercices? Thank you.

Welcome to the Forum simond! You have come to the right place for your questions.
When you do your exercises, do them non-stop with no breaks. If your entire workout is 8 minutes then go the full eight minutes. As you progress you will add time, exercises and intensity to your routine.
Use a warmup cloth before and after you complete all you exercises.
