I am new to these workouts. In the beginners plan on the Penis Health main website it list beginners, int., and advanced workouts. Each has 3 different times underneath. 7-10 min. 20- 25 min and 35- 40 min.
When you start at the beginners level should you start at the 7-10 min scale and work your way up to 40 mins, or can you start at 40 mins.
I am looking forward to the longer workout because 10 min doesn't seem like a long enough time.

I would work up man, there is nothing wrong with starting small and working to big

I did the 10 minute routine for the first month, but I would say that about two weeks would be fine. I then switched to the 25 minute routine for the next three months.Then I did about 35 for two months. Now I'm probably pretty consistently around 40=45 minutes. I'm sure that I did it more slowly than necessary, but that's my style. It also seemed to work.
