Creatine, Does it affect growth?

I was wondering if using Creatine in conjunction with this program would prevent gains or slow down the gaining process.

hi man .. ive been a fitness finatic for the last 2 years and used creatine for over 1 of them and if anythink creatine will prolly help a little as its a great scource of creating and rebuilding celss in the body.. i dont think theres need ta use it to inhance but anyone using it along side this program shouldnt worry at all about it stopping gainz

Thanks, i only use creatine for a good 4 months then let a good 2 months without it cause i don't want to damage my kidneys. But it does make sense that it would help. I'm also hearing that L-Lysine helps as well, i'll probably purchase a cheap bottle of that sometime in the near future.

just out of curiousity how well has creatine worked for u ??
it didnt realy do anythink for me until i realy started getting my fitness program to a proper level

hey all i am taking creatine too, actually cell-tech and nitro-tech. So far i am happy with the results. I have been on it for about 2 months... my first question is how long should i stay on it? 4 months? should i also get off the nitro tech too after 4 months, and finally what creatine are you guys taking?
