1) How many men are there over the age of sixty, who are members of the PEing group?

2) How many suffer from ED?

3) How many of the group have made any gains?

I'm not over 60, but I am 55. Not exactly a senior citizen, but getting fairly close. PE has worked for me in terms of growth. I didn't have an ED problem, but I will say that my erections are harder than they have been in years. I don't think that age is a barrier unless you make it one in your head. Join Penis Health and come on board. Doing PE and discussing problems on the forum will give you a spark that will make you feel younger. Depending on the severity of your ED, your PE may be limited, at first, to stretching and flacid kegals, but that would still improve the health of your penis. As your PC gets stronger you will be able to increase the blood flow so that girth work is possible. Hopefully this will reduce or eliminate the need for viagra. I can't promise you positive results if you join, but I can promise you that nothing positive will hapen if you don't join.
Give it a try

Lo Old sexy,

I became interested in PEing because I didn't want to end up using Viagra or with ED. Up until 54 I was still had a pretty high sex drive but noticed a sharp decline in my sex drive this year.

Sex went from five to seven times a week to once or twice. I also began to experience slower and weaker erections at times plus a decline in stamina. I knew it was time to get busy or ED might be around the corner for me.

I agree with turtle, age is not a barrier. Hell, I have more sex now than some of the younger guys I work and associate with. Young guys are also suffering from ED and premature ejaculation.

I have benefited a ton from this forum alone. Joining the PE site will be a start and the forum is a definite step in the right direction. You can turn ED around with PEing, exercise and proper eating habits. Also be sure to....

Check out the Blakoe Ring, referred to as the Ring of Power on this forum.

Hope you decide to join us :)

I would have to agree, you need not be in your 60's or later to suffer from ED. Many men in their 20's also suffer from this. I would also say that most this put the effort behind PE will benefit greatly in more than just size gains. I have a Ring of Power - a homemade version of the Blakoe Ring, it is just as effective and a fraction of the cost to have one. It works !!!!!

Thank you Turtle, Sevenup, and mowinman, for your positive replies, I will keep this in mind as I try the free exercises. Now tell me mowinman, can you give directions on how make this Ring of Power? Where did you get the Zinc and copper from to make this device. How do prevent the metal from digging into your cock and balls?

Again thank you for your replies.

I was very interested to read that as a University professor you actually did some research (on the quite) so to speak. As you said any one doing research on penile functions or exercise would laughed off campus. That being said, what where conclusions of the research that you did. Did you look other methods of penile growth besides the PE exercises?

Thanks OS

Old sexy,

You will also find the latex tubing at Home Depot. The part number I listed for the zinc rod is the one Falcon had posted in another thread.

I haven't done any penis research as of yet. I was just commenting that the research that I have seen leaves a lot to be desired from an academic methodology point of view. Ebon seems to have the best handle on the research that has been done. If you have any specific questions, I think that Ebon could probably give you the best answers concerning the old studies.
