Just wondering how long I should wait before doing Uli's /Grith squeezes etc.? 3 months seems like a long time to wait , it seems like my dick can take a pretty good beating right now my workout routine is 3 days on 1 off:

Warm up cloth - 5 min
Long schlong Heli - 10 min
20 30 sec downward stretches - 10 min
Jelq - 10 min
Power stretch - 6 min
Horizontal movement - 5 min
Needling - 3 min
Warm up cloth - 5 min

PC squeezes thought out the day probably like 200-300 total.

i was thinking to wait like 1 - 2 to start girth squeezes n stuff, what do you guys think?

hell i say do it now, if it hurts ya, stop, if it builds your confidense seeing your dick bigger ( which it will) then do em.

i would say it's best to wait a month after you begin PE to start doing heavey stuff

I'll second ngt2000's advice. You shouldn't try Uli's until you have had a month of workout at a minimum. Try them after a month but don't be surprised if they still seem a little much. After two months I don't think that you would have any trouble with the Uli's. Start counting your jelqs. Your workout said that you were doing 10 minutes of jelqs. If you are doing them at the proper pace that should be about 200 jelqs. In that second month think about increasing to 300 jelqs. Then in the third month you could add 10 reps of Uli's. I would keep the horizontal movement at 5 minutes. This would give you about 25 minutes of girth work during that third month. I think that this would be a good mix of exercises for your girth.
