Should I be sore after every workout, actually being able to tell I did a workout the next day? If so, do I just need to up the intensity, because right now by the next day my penis feels like I havn't done anything to it.

You should feel worked. Some soreness is natural during the first weeks/month of PE because you are conditioning your dick to being exercised.

Remember, soreness and feeling worked are similar concepts. You don't ever want to feel pain. If you do, Stop!, you are doing something wrong. When you go to the gym and get in a good workout, you can tell when your done that it was a good workout. Your not hurting, but you can tell. PE is about the same thing. If when your done with a PE workout, you cannot tell that you just completed a workout, then your intensity is probably a little to low. Take your time and learn. Overdoing the intensity is probably the most common reason for injuries.
