I am going to begin doing the intermediate 35-40 mnute routine on penis health. could anyone tell me how many reps of each thing it would be for the alotted time. I always either get to aroused or get to unaroused so my timing always screws up. i like to go by reps instead.

LS Heli: one rep do 10 sec. out, 10 sec. up, 10 sec heli. Do 16 or 20 of those and that will be about 8 to 10 min.
Power LS: 10 sec. stretch + 5 sec. pc flex. Do 4 reps in each direction and you will have your 6 minutes.
jelq and hold: If you do a slow jelq and then hold, stretch, for 5 seconds, you can accomplish about 100 of these in 10 min. If you just want to do pure jelqs then figure about 200 for 10 min.
This should give you a reasonable start for focusing intermediate workout on reps. I think that the best thing would be for you to experiment with different reps for things like needling.
