View Full Version : Advice on PE workout?

I just started about 2 weeks ago, and I wanted to see what the more experienced ppl thought of my PE workout. Also I'm in college in a dorm so I have very little time to do these workouts. 30 minutes max per day. Here it is:

10 min. jelq
3 min. girth exercise #1: horizontal movement
3 min. girth exercise #2: flexing pub flex
300 pub flexes
10 pub flexes held for 15-20 sec
long schlong 4 reps held for 15 sec each in each direction

the pub flexes i can do anytime although i try to do them after my workout to keep the blood flowing. I sometimes have to do the long schlong seperate from the rest of my workout b/c of time.
Also I workout at the gym before hand to get my blood flowing, and I take creatine, L-glutamine, and protein supplements after my gym workout (before my PE workout).
Right now i'm 6.25" long, 5" girth; and i'm aiming for 7-7.5" long, 5.5-6" girth.
I know with such a short routine it will take more time to get gains but I don't care about how much time it takes as long as my routine is going to work! I would love any opinions you have about my routine to max my gains. Thanx all!

Its a good start see how the gains go and then change and learn
