Hi Wishfull, and welcome to the forums!

No need to be intimidated by the overflow of information- you will have plenty of time to digest it and pick out the necessary bits and pieces! Just start off with the basic stuff, read the Newbie Stickies if you haven't already, and ease yourself into it. Give it a couple of months and you will have assimilated all there is to know about it. In the meantime, just fire us with your questions so that we can make the learning process easier for ya! ;)

Your routine looks like a bit too much for a beginner... trust me, you would be wise to start off with a light routine for the first couple of weeks just so that your dick gets used to the new kind of strain you're putting it through. Doing too much too soon will only put you at risk for injury, and you don't want that to happen at such an early time in your PE career. Most guys will have minor injuries and setbacks later on as they progress on to more intense routines, but an injury is always a step in the wrong direction, so just be careful. 10 minutes of jelqing and another 10 mins of long schlong (assuming that's what you meant by ''LS'') would be a nice, easy way to start off.

If you're more interested in length, you should eventually accomodate your routine so that it mainly comprises of stretching. However, jelqing is ALWAYS needed, since it is an excellent way to improve your bloodflow, and it really works the entire penis.

Smoking and drinking may or may not affect your gains, it all depends. Smoking does weaken the bloodflow to the outer parts of your body, ie. your hands, feet, penis etc, so it can be a bad thing if you're a heavy smoker (especially if you smoke cigarettes, since carbon monoxide is the number 1. culprit, and the rolling paper releases plenty of it). Heavy drinking lowers your testosterone levels while increasing estrogen, and if you drink often the results tend to be cumulative: your test stays low for days and your estrogen stays high.

I would recommend a healthy lifestyle in general to support your PE career, but in the end it's all up to you. You have to ask yourself how much you're willing to sacrifice to get those gains.
Some guys here have made great gains despite the fact that they smoke, though, (Mowinman for example), so who's to say?

Anyways, I wish you all the best with your PEing adventure. May your gains be great !! :D

I suggest you read the first 3 threads in the Newbie section and just stay with that for the next 3 to 6 months.
