Hey guys, i need a bit of help on my girth routine. My current workout (excluding stretching and warm up/down) is:
200 Jelqs
5 reps ferrari mega pump
5 reps ferrari head squeezes
5 reps ferrari side blasters
5 reps supra slammer
Now my main question is would it be a good move to cut down jelqs to maybe 100/ 150, and step up the other exercises to ten or fifteen each?
Or do would it be more appropriate to keep the amount of jelqs and just increase the other exercises (its really time consuming).
I'm a week into my 3rd month.
