mowinman gave me this routine to do and I'm really happy with it. I started doing this routine yesterday in the morning and I did it again this morning. The only thing is I got these red spots on the top of my penis head...I think from the Jelqing. Also, after doing the stretches my penis head gets a little weird at the very top of my penis head (Hard to explain). I'm also worried about losing sensitivity in my penis...like after I finished my PE workout this morning my penis didn't feel as sensitive as it did before and right now I'm not sure it is quite as sensitiveas as it was before I started doing PE yesterday morning. So is all this normal or is something going wrong?

I'm also hoping to gain 1 inch in my EL and .25 inches in my EG in 4 months...is that possible if I continue doing this PE routine everyday?

Paradox, the small red spots are normal in the beginning. The other thing you describe may be a localized swelling that occurs sometimes with too tight of a jelq OK grip. The red dots will go away as you get used to the exercises. You will also experience a slight decline in sesitivity for a few weeks as you are not used to being handled this way. Thry to avoid sliding your hand over the head, this desensitizes you more.

The "thing" on thop of your penis head after stretching is trapped blood . You should massage the head a little and it goes away , no biggie .
