hey
ive been doing pe for 3 weeks,started of with the beginners 20-25 min workout,minus the power stretch,it says the day you do it ,it will make your penis weaker,any info?????
after a week i started doing it different
warm up cloth 3mins

long shlong 10x15sec stretches,straight out,left,right

jelq 200 times
warm down 3mins

i have noticed 5mm gain in flaccid length & girth which is great,but no erect change yet
my main question is,on my workout days it takes me a lot longer to get an erection,is that normal or am i overdoing it????

I've been using the power stretch for months, I've never noticed a problem.

You've just started. BPEL gains are sometimes very slow. Remember an 1/8 inch gain per month is an inch in 8 months.

That's just a normal reaction to your workout. It probably is just showing that you are getting a good workout in. Remember, don't be trying to have sex right after finishing PE. Your dick is definitely tired at that point.

I agree with what turtle is recommending. Sounds like you have a good start, similar to what I did at the beginning. Don't get too anxious for big gains at the beginning, though I enjoyed a sudden growth after about two months. It has been pretty steady since then:D Keep up with the advice and steady workouts. And, yes, I have trouble keeping it up after a while.
