I've been doing PE exercises for about a month and a half, but just this past week I've started on a 90 day supply of PSP and stuck to a standard workout.

I usually do three days in a row and then rest one day. My workout is generally ...

Four Heli's
Four Advanced Jelq's
Four Supra Slammers
Four Power Stretches

I'm about 6 3/4 by 4 1/2 and I'm really feeling discouraged about my girth. Has anyone else had a girth this small and was still able to gain quite a bit? Should I try some different girth exercises? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hey Mags,

Chin up mate.

No matter your size of girth you will get somewhat of a gain. From my experience on forums it is the Pe'ers that start of smallers that get the greatest gain. If this is correct then you are in the hot seat.... hehe..so am I!

I havent been doing much girth at all of late, though ive gained .5" in a month and a half in length, so thats pretty cool

Girth is harder to gain though at first. Look at tthe stickies in the newbie section they will help, though i would recommend doing about 200 jelqs, then work upto 300 once you feel comfertable.

You gain mate, some times the smallest of people dont know they are the litte guy and can achieve huge things.

I think this applies to almost all of us in here.. well when we were startting out at least. It also aplies to everything in life.

Go Destroy em Mags, give any questions feel free to ask and ask :P

Cheers

Two words that can be a problem, usually and generally. I know that sometimes getting your workout in can be difficult, but it is necessary to follow your schedule in a dedicated manner. Also follow your routine in a consistent manner. I have no idea exactly what you mean by four Heli's. My current workout contains 10 minutes of LS Heli, about 15 reps. The same concern with four power stretches. I do about 5 minutes of this exercise which is 15 reps. Your stretches need to be measured in terms of time as well as reps. I agree with Bugwahna. Do about 200 jelqs, and after about four weeks increase to 300. Your starting girth is not small. Actually it's about average. It probably seems small to you because your length is a little above average. Keep at it, with your starting size I think that you will be a real happy camper in 6 to 9 months.

You should also do lots of PC work since it can add girth , not alot , but every little bit helps right ?:D It's logical , when you train your PC you make blood flow , more blood= more girth . Don't expect 1" gains tough , even .5" would amaze me . But .5" in flaccid could be doable I think ...

I think part of the problem was my misunderstanding of the exercises. I've got it now though, thank you for pointing that out.

I have read on the site that it is bad to masturbate or have sex within two or three hours of your workout period- Is this right? I still would like to have a physical relationship with my girlfriend, but should I put it on hold or something? Or just do my exercises when I know I'll have a good three hours of rest before we do something?

Also, do you think she'll notice anything? Or, with frequent sex, will she not really realize a size change?

Learning the correct way to do the exercises is a big part of whether you make gains or not, it takes time to realize if what you are doing is working or not. Masturbation or sex needs to be either 3+hrs before or after a workout. I could get all technical with you, but in a nutshell it hinders your gains if you ignore the 3hr period. If you hit it alot, like 4 or more times a week, it will be hard for her to notice a change. PE'ing is just like working out your arms, the gains aren't instant, but if you stick with it, you will definately see gains.

The standard line is no sex 2 to 3 hours before and after PE.
Has this been scientifically proven? No! But it does make a certain amount of logical sense in terms of the effect of the release of testostarone (Sp ?) by ejaculation. There are also posts that say this is a bunch of nonsense, that they have plenty of sex and have had good gains. The truth is probably primarily based on the individual. Some people should follow this guideline and for others it is a moot point. I would suggest that you try to follow the idea, i.e., PE in the morning then sex at night, or some variation of that theme. Also a good PE workout does sort of tire your little buddy a tad, a two hour delay does have some merit. But the bottom line is if the opportunity for some funtime with your lady presents itself, I don't think that, if I were you, I would turn it down. If your just having a relationship with your right hand, I would say that you probably should follow the concept.
Good luck with this decision.
