I followed your beginners workout guide to the letter, but after 5 weeks no gains at all. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/frown.gif ALT=":("> Anybody had results after 5 weeks ?
(Not really like you promised in your salesletter...)
Anyway, I do not give up yet. Like I read in many posts,it takes time, I will need to increase the level and intensity of my exercices. You have a specific workout in mind ? All suggestions welcome.
Anybody who had results, reactions and ideas welcome. Thank you.
