First Post -

Just wondering if it would have a negative effect on your PE if you sparatically did a warm-up type routine to increase the blood flow to penis in order to aid in rebuilding the broken down muscle fibers quicker.

I was thinking something along the lines of a heating pad that would essentially bring more blood to the penis. Could this be bad or is there no such thing as too much blood to your penis?

A proper warmup is always a good thing. 4 to 5 minutes is more than sufficient.

do you mean a warm up proir to your workout, or just a heating pad applied at random times?

I mean a heating pad applied through out the day to help with blood flow and healing after you've Pe'd, just thought it would help for bette gains

Hey djiceman,
I'm with you, some extra warmth through the day should not only help, but it feels good and helps get rid of any tenderness from a good PE workout.
Just like the myth of "too much sex", I don't see how good blood flow would hurt a thing. Like several have said, the penis is really pretty durable. Heat and good lube/lotion should help you keep moving along.

Let us know how you are doing.

More blood to the dick the better I say! Makes for a bigger, healther, stronger cock!
Try going with supplements that increase blood flow to the penis such as PS pills or L-Arginine. Eliminates the need for a hot wrap all the time.

There is no harm in applying warmth to that region, it will only help in the recovery
