Yet again, im trying to get my length up. Im stretching alot now, i usually do a round of normal stretching, then 2 handed, followed by jelqing for 5-10 minutes and then the supra slammer. I had what i think was my first lig pop last week, but i have trouble stretching. I cant seem to get a good grip, and so my hand slides off, causing alot of discomfort by the end of my session. Can anyone recommend any good ways of stretching, so as to get more frequent lig pops, and some way of getting a good firm grip? Ive tried things like tissue, but i just end up sliding off and tearing the paper. Any reply will be welcomed, thanks.
