hi there... another newbie quesiton... as everyone i want gains quickly but i don't want to damage my penis... i read most people go by the statement 'you know ur penis better than us, u know ur limits'... now at what point have we reached our limit?? cause i put alot of pressure on the penis as this is the only way i can feel blood flowing into the penis... ordinary jelqs don't really do anything (i used to do PE before but took a break for two months cause i was supposed to take surgery),,, i am not really a newbie at this but having gone back to it properly i want to at what points on pressure do u think we need to stop at??

thanks guys :)

Best way is to back off when you feel pain.
I go as hard as I can, mostly staying away from pain, and do some incredible shit with my dick and still get hardons that will cut glass.
Also, some guys think that no pain, no gain is a key to gains.

The intensity of your exercise is always somewhat of a juggle, but I would say avoid pain. You want your workout to approach that level, but you do not want to cross the line. After a workout my friend is tired and can feel that it has been worked, but I have never ever felt pain. I think that I have managed to be reasonably successful with my approach without ever feeling pain.
Remember, no workout no gain, if you hurt yourself that is exactly what you will be dealing with.
Be careful and go slow
