Hello all, I'm new here! Just joined Penis Health about 2 weeks ago and have started the PE for 10 days now.

Everything is so far so good and I can already see slight differences in length and girth from doing the 25 mins beginner's exercises!:D

Just something that bothered me a bit when I was reading "the anatomy of the penis" section in penis health, it says "the stretching enlarges the Corpora Cavernosa and this causes it to tear and then grow back much larger than before."

Can you actually feel the tearing when you're doing the exercises like the Jelq? Would this damage the erotic sensitivity tissues in the penis? I seem to find it a wee bit difficult to get an erection after starting the exercise especially right after I finish the exercises. I'm worried that the PE would make my penis less sensitive to fore play and less easy to get a hard on.

Also it says in that section that after one month, your erections will be rock hard and your sexual stamina greater as you learn to control your ejaculations, no longer being dubbed the "minute man" by partners.

After 2-3 months your penis will be bigger when flaccid and when fully erect, you may now stop the program as your length and girth gains will stay forever.

Is this true? Just 2-3 months and you get what you want? It seems most people here have been on the program for over a year or so. So is the publishes on the site untrue?

Thanks for all your opinions guys! Really appreciate it!

Ben.

kegels take care of the hardon part, lol, trust me. I can go longer than I have ever been able to and stay ROCK hard. I've gone for 2 1/2 hours before and rolled over and was still hard as a rock, but then again I've been doing kegels for like 5 months.

All of this stuff is advertising hype. Would you have joined a site that said if you work hard for 6 to 9 months then you can gain approx. 1 to 1 1/2 inches in length. For most of us the prior statement is the truth. For the quick gainers the PH statements are reasonably true, but I would say the quick gainers are in the minority. Look at PE as a long-term commitment. If you happen to be a quick gainer then good-for-you, if not, then you will be psychologicaly ready for the long haul. Plan on it taking awhile and just enjoy the work and the forum discussions.
good luck

someone has gained .5 inches in 1 month... that is pretty shocking but also shows its not impossible... dedication is the key... depending on how much u really do want to add - the ligament holding ur penis to ur body only stretches so much... and like with normal stretching it all takes time... if u really want it you will take the time to do it... :)

Thanks so much all for the input and advice! I'll keep working on my PE and PC flexes!
