i see most people have difficulty in lengthening the penis with the excercises provided by PH... to say the least these excercises are the ones to be doing however i have read in manuals where the stretching time should occur for around 5mins for each excercises:
5mins - stretch penis to the left
5mins - stretch penis to the right
5mins - stretch penis down
5mins - stretch penis up
5mins - stretch penis straight out
then do 10 reps of stretching the penis clockwise, then anticlock wise... the circular motions should last around 15-20seconds... total stretching time would be 30mins... now PH is the only site i've read from maybe 6 or 7 manuals where stretching lasts no longer than a few mins per workout...
i always follow the full stetching routine given by other manuals and after the first session my penis measured an extra 0.2inches in length...
remember you also need to milk a sufficient amount of blood to fill that stretched penis during each workout. i'm not saying start stretching 5mins each way with your penis but you can do about 3 minutes then work your way upward.
IMPORTANT:
May i also suggest good warm up cloth before any workout especially this one as it will help to stretch the penis out more.. also after each stretch PLEASE slap your penis against your thigh to get the blood flowing back in...

Do you mean stretch 5 min each way at once? Like 5 min straight of stretching or 30 sec stretches for a total of 5 min? Cuz 5 min straight seems pretty tough. Over 30 sec and the head of my dick gets uncomfortable. I pull pretty hard so I have to grasp it hard and 5 min of that seems like it would be almost impossible.

I will not argue, in the least, that additional stretch time can have positive results, but PH's approach can work, at least it has for me, with far less stretch time than you suggest. As I've said before PE is a personal event and you need to come up with an approach that works for you personally. It sounds like you have, so congratulations. My current workout consists of approx. 20 min. of stretch time and 20 min. of girth work. I pay more attention to reps than time, but the 20/20 split is probably pretty accurate. I started out with a 15 min workout, then a 25 min. workout, and now I'm running around 40 min. If someone is having trouble gaining length then I think that you have made some good suggestions. I think that we all know that the PH advertising hype of 6 to 7 minutes a day is pure bull, but once you get into their longer suggested routines, they do work.

5mins each way totalling around 30mins of stretching time... what u can do is stretch for 1min... smack ur dick against ur thigh to get the blood flow back in then repeat it again for 1min in the same direction... do 5 reps of this which will total 5mins of stretching one way...
as turtle rightly says u need a personal workout which works for you... and so these are simply my suggestions and also workouts which work for me... i noticed even after a couple of workouts my dicks hangs .5inches more...
bear in mind u DO need to milk what u stretch... the key is to fill your dick up with blood to make it bigger... there is no use stretching and not milking cause your dick will shrink back to its original size - i know this because all i used to do was stretch and stretch everyday... then jelq blood into the newly longer penis but it never worked cause my dick shrunk back to its original size again...
it might hurt to stretch - remember as i say do them in 1min reps... so u can get blood back into the penis again but don't over do it !!!! work your way up...

completely agree with your statement which is why i stress what i have written are simply suggestions... information which has come from other manuals and are apparently proven to work.. and i can also proudly say they work for me... if i do this properly i can gain 0.3-0.7inches a month... maybe even get a full inch in a month but i'll have to get back to you on that :D

two more things: someone did say on the board (could have been turtle again) that ur progress depends on how fast a gainer u are to PE... u could do the same routine as me and get better results then i have.. or end up with less results than me... patience is the key - you don't wanna tear any tissue in your dick cause it will hurt to play with, have sex with .. you won't be able to do PE and it will prolly take 1 year to heal if not more...
secondly and most importantly to these excercises... the hot cloth warm up... always always always do this... not only does it get the blood flowing to the dick area it also makes the penis more elastic... helping you to stretch it out more ...then gives u a chance for a good jelq session to pump all that blood in...
