In my first 3 months, I gained an inch on erect length and 3/4" on erect girth. I'm pretty proud--I've also found that the Long Shlong and Supra SLammers are two really good exercises--especially if you crank out 20 of the slammers.

HOwever, I'm kind of lacking on the flaccid...not much gains. Flaccid may seem unimportant to some, but it is HUGE in gaining that extra confidence just in order to MEET girls. So any tips about flaccid increase techniques would be sweet. Thanks a lot.

Take suppliments to increase the blood flow to your penis. Use penis pills or look into L-Arginine.

I took suppliments for about 10 months and they worked great for flaccid hang. I really backed off taking suppliments during the last 4 to 6 weeks but my flaccid hang is still running between 5.5 to 6".

I suppose that once you get your dick healthy and have been doing PE for sometime the suppliments aren't quite as necessary.

Hi guys,

I share some of tj's frustration. I've tried the L-arginine supps for the last 2 months, but don't see much change yet. If falcon is right, may need to wait longer. I'm still pleased with results in the erect gains, but flaccid is lagging. Is is common for erect gains (1"+) to have negligible flaccid gains?

The biggest thing is to try to keep your dick stretched out for a long period of time. Not intense stretches, but longer than it would normally be. I go to sleep with a variation of a btc stretch, basically stretched around all the way with some sports tape holding it there. DO NOT PUT SPORTS TAPE ON THE HEAD. It's a horrid feeling to take it off. On the shaft it's not that hard, but you should be careful taking it off from there. Another thing I've tried doing is every time I go to the bathroom I do a good 30 second to a minute stretch. Also try the sit down stretch, where you basically stretch your dick out and sit on it with one of your cheeks. Either one, it doesn't matter any. Aside from that, just stretch the little buggar out as much as you can. Good luck.

Hey tjford,

I keep trying for the flaccid gains and find I still shrink back quite a bit. I'm probably better off than I think, but have discovered that a gentle tug will keep it hanging longer, longer;) Makes the locker room at gym a little less embarassing.

I've tried quite a few of bugwahna's lazy stretches, but still little result. Must need turtle's patience to get there.
