I have been doing PE for at least 5 months now and i have been busy doing all the basic and advanced exercises religiously throughout this period.

The problem is that I have noticed little change in the thing I most want- LENGTH. Understandably i am a bit upset at this so i am just asking if any of you guys can help me out and maybe give me a really good length routine that i can do solidly for a few months.

I really appreciate any help that you can give me as i expect you have all been in a similar position.

Thanks a lot, Heeby1 :)

My bpel = 5.8"

If you would provide us with your specific workout, it would be easier for us to provide some help. Detail such as:
Warmup/warmdown time ?
Specific exercises ?
Number of reps and times?
Number of days per week ?
All exercises religiously, leaves a lot of room for interpretation. Also, what was your BPEL when you started, and what is your EG. If you didn't measure properly at the beginning, you may have grown more than you think. It is normal to not have a visual sense of your increase's because of the frequent handling. That is why the measurement is so important. Also, remember that 5 months is not that long of a time. It may take you a year or two to reach the length that you desire. Provide these details and that will help us respond to your question.

Hey, thanks for the reply turtle.

Warm up- 3-5 minutes hot wrap depending on time available followed by light lig stretches.

Excercises- 10 mins long schlong and lig stretches in all directions.
- 10 mins medium jelqing.
- 5- 8 reps of supra slammers(wet) or some more jelqing for up to 20 mins.

Number of times per week- usually 3 days on, 1 off followed by 2 days on and 1 off.

And by religiously i mean i rarely miss an excercise session and am pretty well organised in that area.

My original bpel = 5.8
EG = 4. 5

Current: BPEL= 5.8
EG= 4.8

Hey Heeby,

Sounds like a good routine in lots of ways, but it also sounds like you are doing more with girth than length. Jelqs are always a good exercise, but you may need to add more stretching after you do the slammers. I like the long schong heli, myself, and have had some good length gains, with minimal girth changes.
So, I would recommend you replace the jelqs after slammers with the heli for 10 min.

You might want to search some of the forums and see what others are doing. The progress tracking thread is a very helpful to see what others have done and results they get.

Hope this helps, keep us posted.

I agree with tabasco in that I would replace a jelq session with the Heli. I think that the Heli is a real good all purpose stretch exercise. Another simple add-on would be 20 reps of 30 sec. downward stretches. Work in the Heli's and some extra downward stretches and I think you'll start to see some length gains.
good luck and keep us posted
