Hello,

I am a bit confused with all the exercises, I have no idea which ones to do and when, do I need to do all 3 warm ups, and every single exercise in one session, or how? Please someone let me know of the whole deal. Which warm up to choose, followed by which exercises, how to do them, and for how long, how many days to rest also? In other words, please let me know what exercises you do to achieve fast results that actually work!

Have you actually tried doing all the exercises in one session? Sounds like a marathon session to me.

Do something like:

Warmup hot wrap(5min)
Jelq (15min)
Girth - various (10min)
Length - stretches (20min)
Cooldown hot wrap(10min)

3 days on 1 day off

Mix it up a bit, see what works 4 u. If your dick doesn't feel like its been worked out, your probably doing something wrong.

I did try once to do all the exercises in one session, and god damn I ended up real sore! The session took me around an hour and a half or so! I said to myself isn't it supposed to be just 22 minutes a day?" anyway, thanks for your advice, if you have anything else to suggest feel free to post it, I need all the help I could find.
