Pressured shlong exercise.

I can't really do it how it's described. It hurts my skin pretty badly. I can't really figure out how to do them without lube, but it says not to use lube, and I've tried that and my thumb slips off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Two things:
One, you can use lube, but just a little on the base of your thumb. They don't want you to lube to the point that you are unable to perform the stretch part of the exersize.
Two, Ebon has pointed out that the key point of this exercise is the thumb pressure. The sliding movement is actually not necessary. For example, if you were going to hold the stretch for 30 seconds put 10 seconds of thumb pressure in 3 different spots. You'll accomplish the same thing. If you put all the thumb pressure in the same spot your starting to turn it into a V stretch, which isn't a bad thing, just different.

What he said. :D I'd also like to add that you can slide without the lube but the slide won't be along the entire length of the penis (which seems unnecessary since this is mostly about stretching the ligs, at least in my opinion). Just slide the skin against the ligs. There's some fat in between there so it's no problem.
