I'm on my thrid week of doing the exercises and wanted to ask you guys, if i may a couple of questions??? 1. when doing the jelq do you guys use luburcant? 2. right now im on the begginers 35- 40 min workout and i'm about to move up to intermediate. Is there any problem with going right to intermediate 35- 40 min workout or do i have to build up to that. 3. when doing the regular jelq are you suposed to keep milking it for the entire 10 mins or are you suposed to break in between and rest the penis? Answers would be most definatley appreciated. Thanks guys.

I use vasiline or baby oil for my lube because they last a long time and I don't have to reapply it.

I do dry jelqs, but a lot of people use wet, it's a choice.

I would do 4 weeks at the beg. level then I would move right into the intermediate.

Count your jelqs. 200 jelqs should take around 10 minutes. You don't need any breaks.

Welcome to the forum first off, all your questions can likely be answered here *reguarding pe at least ;)*. Stick around a while.
I do use lubricant, most folks do, at least to start out with. It's refered to as wet jelqs with lubricant, and dry without. I use K-Y ultra gel personally, but most guys prefer baby oil from what I've read.
If you've been pe'ing for over a month, then go right up to intermediate. Otherwise just wait a while, rushing things is not a good idea when it comes to the most important part of the male body. You have to condition your dick so that it gets used to having to make smaller repairs after your workouts, then move up to the big repairs later on. It's gradual. Work your way up, and don't hurt yourself.
Most folks do jelqs in reps, and they usually start out with 200 reps. A jelq should take 3 seconds, 3x20=60 seconds, or one minute. So ten minutes is the same as 200 jelqs. I usually take a break after 100 jelqs to get my erection back up to my satisfaction, believe me, you WILL lose your erections while doing the jelqs for quite some time, pc flexes will help you stay erect longer, but I've been slacking on those again :(.
To sum up, go slow, use lube, and count your reps. That'll get you off to a good start. See you around.

thanks a lot guys. One more quesiton when doing the stretches (sitting on your dick) i know you are suposed to warm up before, but is it necessary you warm up afterwards too?

If your just doing a few simple stretches, say 5 minutes worth, a toilet time stretch, then you don't need a warm up/down. For anything serious you need the warm up/down
