Ive been on the program for 3 months an haven't gained any lenght at all. What am I doing wrong. I did everything people told me to do and took all the advice I can get but nothing gives. I need help can someone please help me. Im desprate to do this right becuse its a alot of work to be getting no gains.

What is your workout? How often do you do it and for how long? I need some more info to be able to make some specific suggestions.

warm-up 5 min/ just a few streches, massauges and hold at the base for 30 sec while erected. then manual streching/ 4 sets of long shlong in each direction and i do two sets of pulling straight down for 7-10 min. then head exercises for 5-8 min/ girth exercises for 5-8 min and milks for 15-20 min. I tried different peoples adivce and nothing helped with lenght. I gained girth but not length. thanks

Glad to hear you've gotten some girth gains. Many PEers find them harder to come by than length. Your warm up looks good. You may want to try doing your length (manual stretching) apart from your regular workout. For example, try to get 10-15 minutes of stretching in in the mornings, and do your workouts in the evening.
Have you tried the pull back stretch? This is where you pull your dick through your legs from behind and hold the stretch for 5-10 minutes at a time. I find this a much better stretch than the long schlong or any forward stretches. You should feel a nice stretch on your ligs while doing this. You'll know when you're doing it right. You'll feel a nice burn (NOT PAIN, just a stretching sensation.) If you ever feel pain, you're pulling too hard.
As for the milking (Jelq), 15-20 minutes is a good time. Are you doing these at 70-80% erect? Keeping only a partial erection seems to be optimal for length gains while jelqing. It may benefit you to skip all your other "girth exercises" for the time being as it seems most find length harder to come by if you build too much girth at first.
Always finish with a warm down as well. Do the hot wrap again for another 5 minutes or take a nice hot shower. I hope this helps. Good luck with your gains!

hey tranceology just wondering that when you strech in the morning for 15 min do you still warm up? and I know you have only been doing this for a month I believe but have you gain any results yet?
