hey fellas,

Thanks for responding to my earlier post about my exercise questions. As I mentioned earlier, I'd been doing the pe exercises for about 3-4 weeks when I noticed that my erections were not as hard or long and I had difficulty maintaining a semi-erect state to do the jelq exercises. Needless to say, this freaked me out and I took about a week off. After that, my erections returned to normal and I've just started to do the exercises again. Is this a normal side effect for people starting the program? If this happens again is it something I should just try and work through?

Anyway, my measurements are about 5" by 4.2", so you can see why I joined this program in the first place. I've been doing mainly length exercises, it seems like my dick isn't quite big enough to do girth exercises like the horizontal movement effectively. Lately my workout routines have consisted of some stretches like the long schlong heli and the power stretch and around 100 jelqs (I'm trying to buildup to 200). This usually takes around 30-35 minutes. Warm-up and cool-downs are also included. I have a quick question about the jelqs. Sometimes it seems like it's hard to tell if I'm actualy moving the blood or just stretching skin. I usually squeeze pretty hard during the jelqs, but I don't want to squeeze too hard. After I do some wet jelqs, I try to do a few dry jelqs by grabbing the center of the shaft and moving my hand up and down forcing the blood around that way. Is this recommended? Can you guys recommend any good exercises to help me reach a breakthrough in my gains?

Do you guys know what sort of diet I should be on, or any good supplements to take? Also, does anybody have experience with Supra's ROP? I was thinking about getting it to help with my gains, but I wanted to know what you guys thought about it first. Anyway, sorry about the wordiness of this post. I'm just trying to get as much information and advice as possible. Because like you, I just wanna have a bigger dick.

Thanks for your time.

Some people experience this. I wouldn't say it's the majority though. It's anyone's guess as to why this happens really. For some people it has to do with not doing their PC flexes like they should (plan on doing those for life by the way). Others just need a little bit of conditioning and they're fine. I say work through it next time. And make sure you do your PC work (I didn't see it listed when you detailed your workout).

I say get to 200 now and then add 25 jelqs every other week until you're up to 400. (That's about as much as I'd recommend.) Make sure you work all the angles on the stretches but also that you give some extra attention to the ligament stretches; the ligaments are where most people see early gains.

If you feel that you're just moving skin, try holding it back with your non-working hand. Kegel once and grab around the base with a regular o-grip. Now, as soon as you start jelqing towards the head, take the thumb of your non-working hand and press the skin back at the base. That way you're ensured that as little skin as possible is stretched. (This is especially helpful for uncircumsized guys who have more skin to begin with.)

No. Stick to the beginner's routine for a while (depending on how long you've been at it). In PE patience is your greatest asset so use it. Plan on spending some serious time on this to achieve gains and don't rush into anything.

Eat a balanced diet. Lots of fruits and greens (most people don't get enough). Make your protein choices fairly lean (chicken, turkey and fish over red meat). Drink plenty of water throughout the day. As for supplements I don't recommend anything specifically for PE but you should get a daily vitamin/mineral (Twinlab's Daily One has about everything you need), some essential fats (2-4 g per day), and possibly some extra vitamins C and E. That will take care of most of your needs and keep your body functioning well which can only be a boost to your PE efforts.

thanks for your response ebon. you mentioned ligament stretching, is this the same as long schlong stretching and power stretching? further elaboration on this would be most helpful. Thanks for your time.

One of the best lig stretches is to just pull your penis straight down. You can do it standing or sit on the edge of a chair, and reach around and under your leg and grab it with a reverse o-grip. I usually hold the stretch for a minute at a time.

Also, i sometimes have a hard time with erections when I'm exercising, I think alot of people do, but it works just fine when it really needs to.:D
