Allright guys, my first 3 weeks have been a motivating success. I haven't measured yet (1 more week), however, I believe I've already experienced a visible improvement.

I really like the girth exercises; that's been my most noticable imporvement and I love it. I can tell it's already pleasuring the wife - the sex has been much more exciting the last few weeks and I feel like a can pump in some nice deep drilling! Plus, it's always nice to have a thick meaty looking cock. Also, props to the ROP - I think it's been getting the job done.

One more observation; it seem like my cock has already elongated a touch and has begun to develop a slight upward curve about an inch off my base - hopefully this represents "new" length!

Anyways, I'm looking for some personal advice on girth routines. I really enjoy my HM after my jelqs. I use a ring and essentially do beginner slammas in both directions. I also incorporate some bends while the ring maintains a swollen cock. Any advice for an intense workout. I've read the threads in the advanced techniques forums but some don't have much feedback. I want to make sure I'm not getting to accelerated for only 3+ weeks on PE.

Please share some wisdom!

I also like the tunica bundled stretches. It's seem like the basic & power stretch routine in one workout is a little redundant; hopefully, the bundled stretches are a good alternative.

Thanks guys,
Bazzy

One thing that has been proven on several accounts is that improved confidence leads to improved performance, especially in sexual situations. The rop probably has your flaccid hang much more than you're used to, and when that happens, you're on cloud nine.

Be careful of expecting too much though, and if it's not as good a measurement as you had hoped, then you have to realize, you were doing pretty good with what you have anyway, and next month is going to lead to more gains.

I guess it's be hopeful, but realistic. Not to be a downer or anything, I'm just trying to calm your excitement so that you'll be happy with your gains and not discontent with 1/4 an inch or something like that.

On another note, I never really liked the bundled tunica. I'm also not looking for a whole lot in length anymore though, so that's probably just not meant to be. I always felt that the power stretch was futile, it never provided me any extra stretch as it's said to. But that's just my experience. If you like an excersise, use it, it's likely that you prefer it because it feels like it's working while you're doing it.

First suggestion: back the hell off!!! If you only have 3 weeks of PE under your belt you are in the deep end and you can't swim! No one with under 2 months of PE should even attempt bend moves, they are a very high-risk move that requires that you're very in tune with your body and know the effects of PE work. Same goes for the bundled stretches. You have not built up any tolerance in your tunica to handle that.

So stop thinking about an intense workout because you're already over-extending yourself. If you continue this workout there is almost certainly an injury (and/or discouragement) in store for you in the near future.

As a beginner you should concentrate on basic stretches and jelqing for at least the first month. NO advanced techniques!!! They're called advanced for a reason you know.

Hey Bazz,

Thanks for the posts--sounds like you are another good beginner who is on track for some good gains. I agree with ebon00's comment that you need to be careful. Damage can be done if you go too strong too long. It took almost 2 months for a slight injury to disappear for me:( So, our comments are intended to counsel not discourage;) I'd stay with the beginner/intermediate program on p-h. Some of us are slower on the girth than length and you will still have all the benefits. Later, and I mean after a couple of months, you can add some slammers or jelq traps to your rountine.

Keep us posted or PM if you need more advice.

Listen to tabasco and ebon. They have given you some good advice. Right now you are the classic example of how to hurt yourself and then quit PE because it is stupid and dangerous. Take your time and learn how to walk before you run.

Thanks guys,
I appreciate the sincere replys; I certainly don't want to end up on the shelf from over-extending myself. I'll continue to work at the beginner level and get back with you guy in a month or two.

Measurements Sunday (6/20) - can't wait!
