Hey guys,

Wanted to know if anyone out there has talked to a urologist or family doctor about PE. Can the exercises, blood spots, etc. do any harm. Have PE exercises been scientifically proven to give permanent gains? I have noticed difference, I do get hornier with a harder rod.

White,

When one of us breaks our junk, we'll let you know! LOL

Anyway, I'm not a doctor. However, I do have a strong science background. I don't see any reason that PE would be hazardous at all when done safely without overdoing it. In fact, I think it has more potential benefit than it does harm. Examples are healthier circulation (you've already seen this in your harder erections) and even possibly reducing the risks of prostate cancer/other problems. Keep doing your PC exercises!

Best regards,

Good on you Trance, you are on the ball. As long as PE exercises are not done to overboard they are usually very safe.
