Guys,

I'm about 3 weeks into the program and haven't noticed any visual change in my dick since starting. I started off at 7.5 in erect length and ~5.75 in circumference. I went to measure after a power jelquing session and was delighted to be at around 8 in length. Flexing my PC, I got up between 8.25 and 8.50. I measured by holding the ruler flat against the top of my dick and pressing into the bone. I guess what I'm looking for is someone to tell me that I'm doing something wrong and that my "gain" is not real so I'm not filled with all this false hope.

Hey,

Sorry man, but you should never measure yourself after a workout because your blood chambers will still be engorged and will give false readings. Sorry. Anyway, try measuring on an off day for more realistic readings.

Though it hurt, thanks for the shot of reality! I'm pleased to say that I measured about 24 hours after a workout, though and recorded between 7.75 and 8 inches in length, depending on hardness. So that's between 1/4 and 1/2 an inch in length gain, which is pretty sweet. I'm still skeptical and assuming I'm doing something wrong, but I guess the true test will be when my girlfriend comes back from her summer away.

m8 ur gainz are good seriously ..
think this way if u gain 1/2 an inch every month in 2 months it will be 1 inch etc etc
ferrari the master :P he gained 2 inches over a year and i think thats mega gainz me self :)
if u have 1/2 an inch after 3 weeks ur well on top keep working m8 dont expect inches in days cos its not gonna happen but from what uve gained allready ull prob have easy 2 inches in a year if not a lot sooner :)

OK, I try to adhere to this as strictly as possible (can't say I never take more than a day off though.)

My pattern is 3-1-2-1 etc.

2 minutes warm up (don't really dig the hot wrap, I just smack my dick around and get the blood going.)

4x30 second stretches straight, right and left
2 "around the world" stretch sets each direction - 40 'orbits' each set

Jelquing - alternate between 12, 15, and 18-minute sessions.

Horizontal bending: 4-6 minutes
Cool down: dick massage.

PC flexes: sets of 50 until i can barely piss (usually until it's time for bed, totalling at around 1000.)



DON'T jump right into this - I thought I'd be hardcore and started out with super stretching, 15 minute jelquing and all kinds of PC flexes right in the beginning. This caused more hurt than help - pissing hurt and I think I may have had an infection/clot in my urethra. Be careful and be good to your dick - it'll be good to you.

just wondering if your supplementing your workout with any vitamins or anything. And i have a feeling that those that are normally in good health, have a better repsonse to the workout than most. So are you healthy?

No, I do not take supplements, but I have been an athlete all my life. I lift weights 5 days a week and do cardio 6 of the 7 days as well. Tobacco user (smokeless) but with my conditioning and eating habits I manage to remain relatively fit.
