hello I have a couple questions?? Is balloning ok to do right after a pe workout?? Also can you give me anyother length excersises to do my routine consists of:
3 mins of warm up
5 long shlong (5 sets in each direction)
200 jelq
15 pressured long shlong (i apply 10 sec. worth of pressure up and down the shaft)
24 jelq and holds
then i ballon, and then i do about a 3-4 min warm down. Also is it okay to do pressure long shlong back to back days? Any responses would be greatley apreciated. Thanks.

If you're a rank beginner then that's enough of a workout for now. Once you've made it past the 1 month mark you can add another stretch, I'd recommend the Under-the-leg stretch since it's pretty much all ligs. (Check the Advanced techniques forum.)

Stretching will work fairly well even if you do it every single day but taking a day off in a structured manner is always a plus since it's hard to tell if you're overtraining the stretching part of the workout. Take it easy, this is a long-term process. Make haste slowly.
