This is my routine:
Warm up
150 Jelqs
20 Jelq holds
10 advanced Jelqs
2 Ferrari Mega Pumps
Warm down
Can anyone tell me what they see wrong with my routine, I have been using it for a month, I really want more girth.
Straight after the exercises my penis does look bigger but after an hour it seems to go back to normal.
Any help would be great!

first man you cant expect huge gains in 1 month! especially with girth it takes longer for your girth gains than length. are you takin any supplements or anything and how often are you doing your workouts?
its not that bad of a routine, where is the stretches though?

I do the routine for 3 days then have a 1 day break then another 3 days and then a day off, and so on.
No I'm not taking any supplements.
To be honest my biggest worry is that I am doing the exercises wrong and I will end up with no gains after 6 months, but I am gonna keep going!

Basically all your doing is girth exercises. I think you you should mix things up. If your more concerned with girth do a 70% to 30% mix. Your doing 100% girth, I don't think that is a good strategy. Also, how long is the routine taking and how many days a week are you working out? You need us give a little more information.

turtle, thanks for the advice about mixing it up, I think I will change my routine a little.
At the moment my routine takes about half an hour and I do it about 6 days of the week.
Any more help would be great!

Try to lose the about. It sounds like your less dedicated than you should be. Set up a routine and try to follow it very consistently. You have never mentioned it but get an accurate measurement of length and girth. If your more concerned with girth remember an 1/8 inch in a month is a real good gain, but it won't seem like much to the eye. You need a good measurement. Remember it takes time and dedication.

i advice 10 minutes of stretching to loosen up the area, then jelq and supra slammers are the best girth
