What determines penis size?

HEy guys< i had a question some of you might know. What causes a small penis. or a big one for that matter. does it have to do with genetics? i heard it was how the fetus is positioned or something. thats all. thanks in advance

I dont know about that fetus stuff but most people would say and I believe its mainly genetics man. I assume that how well you ate and took care of yourself in your life would play a small role in your size but wouldn't make to much of a differnce.

Without a doubt, genetics (heredity) is the #1 factor in determining size. Good health and diet can benefit to a certain degree, but 99% of it is your genetic make up.
