Regarding the warm up: is there any other warm up then the one with the towel that's effective (like the ones proposed by 'Darren')?

By the way, is what on Darren's site actually valid regarding tips and exercices; it seems that all of the long timers have their own methods and don't care about what he put out. Does he have any credentials?

I hear many people talking about body building;is it recommended to do these exercises since jelquing requires arm endurance?

Thanks in advance,
Pausydon

I found that the hot wrap is the only real effective warm up, its also the easiest and quickest to do - who wants to go and fill a sock up with rice etc???

Body building has no real link to PE, but yes, having stronger arms and a better grip could defientely help with long jelq sessions. No need to go overboard though, just stay healthy i say!!

i'm new to pe but have been around bodybuilding for a long time. it's proven that working out boosts testosterone. testosterone is quite beneficial to rock hard erections. however i am not sure how it reflects on the pe. it may be linked somehow. but hey, i'm not a doctor. wish i knew. but i know one thing.. strong forearms help in the aid of pe. trust me i know. i can't get enough of it. keep workin' bro's.
