Hi Guys,

Here is a basic manual stretching routine that some of you may like to try. It is the best way of putting on length that i know of - combine it with jelquing and/or the trio of 'Ferrari' exercises (see elsewhere), and im positive that absolutely anyone can pack on some size.

These manual stretching exercises work in the same way that 'hanging' does - i.e. they stretch the penile ligaments. I personally do not fancy hanging weights off my penis bcos i prefer to use my hands instead. I have never done any hanging but i have had great success with manual stretching. Its similar to the long schlong exercise but much more effective bcos its done for longer and its more intense. The ligaments need to be stretched for quite a long time to make any permanent length gains, these exercise achieve that well. Try this:

Sit on the edge of a chair or sofa so that your tackle can hang down to the floor (be 100% flaccid) (NOTE - be sure to warm up first with a 5-10 minute hot wrap). Next you will need to find some sort of padding to wrap around your penis - i simply use my boxer shorts bcos its more handy. Fold your boxers up so that they are in a sort of 5" square then wrap this around your penis (try to keep the rough waistband material and buttons clear!!). Take hold of your penis with your right hand and then stretch it directly down to the floor - Dont pull it out infront, just stretch it right down as if there were weights hanging on it. Your hand should be in roughly the same position as if your were holding your dick to piss, i.e palm facing to the left and thumb on top (dont use an overhand grip). Next, take your left hand and sort of position it next to your right hand so that you are kinda holding with both hands. Your left hand should be pushing your right hand down slightly to increase the resistance. Its kinda hard to explain really but you will get the hang of it when you try it.

Dont grip your penis too tightly, you should use both hands to 'lock in' behind your penis head. This is importnat bcos you dont want to put your penis thru undue stress. You should not be 'holding' or 'gripping' your penis as such, you should have both hands positioned so that they are comfortably locked in behind the head - this will allow you to keep the stretch much longer bcos your hands wont get tired.

Use both hands to really strtech your penis down hard - u should really feel a nice stretch but as with everything, no pain. If you have got ur grip correct, u should be able to sit like this for about 10 minutes. When u have had enuff, gently reduce the downward force on your penis and then slap it against your leg and massage it to regain the blood flow. It will probably feel slightly sore to the touch after the first few times. If you wish, apply another hot wrap to get the blood flowing again.

After that first stretch, i then move onto this next one for about 5 minutes or longer if i have time:

Stand up and place your right foot onto a chair or sofa arm etc. Reach around behind u and take hold of your penis with your right hand (use either bare hands or some padding again if u are sore). Pull your penis out behind you so its kinda underneath your leg/bum and hold the stretch. This produces a killer strtech and you can actually feel your penis being stretched really taught. Hold for as long as u like or do 3 sets of 5 minute stretches etc. Its up to u. I then simply finish the stretching routine with a few 20 second long schlong type things - i.e. strech out to the sides etc.

This manual stretching routine produces some great results and as i said, it works in the same way as hanging does, but in my view - its a lot safer!!! Try this for a month alongside your normal routine and i guarantee that you will put on at least a quater inch in length - perhaps even a half inch if ur lucky!!!

I do these stretches before my jelquing etc simply bcos i dont like getting pumped up thru jelquing and then stretching it all away!! It feels like i am reversing my hard work!!! I prefer to stretch and then pump myself up with the jelqs, squeezes etc afterwards. Just be sure to warm up properly first.

tried the strecthes and felt fuckin fantastic ta be honest lol i looked a tit in font of me gf while she was watchin neighbours but she knows if i concentrate shes gonna benifit so ya she dont say wind lol:P
anyway nice exersizes again my friend summet makes me wanta give u my sign up fee lol:P

I really like this manual stretching, also the variation where you pull the penis from the back of your leg, and then when u pull it down, you keep it there and then sit down and hold that for 5 mins. or so. I believe the correct name for this ex. is Forfum.
