I noticed that after hanging for about 4 months my Base Girth jumped from 6" to 6 1/4". During that time I did very little girth exercises.
I discussed this with some other PEers and came to the conclusion that I hung too much weight too fast and caused my ligaments to beef up and not stretch very much at all. I only gained 1/8" length during the 4 months but increased base girth by 1/4".
Anyone here have experience with this phenomenon? If so how did they overcome this problem?
Did you back off, take a break and come back with much lighter
weights in order to gently stretch those ligs?
Or did you just say to hell with it and hang as much as possible to whip the ligs into submission.
If you have any ideas let me know.
