Hey everyone,
I'm new to the forum, and am back to give PE a serious try this time. I tried before, but didn't have the focus or dertimination...But I quit smoking a week ago, and I'm ready to do PE for real this time. So far everything is going great and I haven't missed a day. I have two more days to go to finish the first week. But I have a few questions...
How long should I do the 7-10 min routine
How long should I do the 20-25 min routine etc
from the beginners routine?
like i was planning a week for each, but maybe that's too fast
