This is just a questioun referring to manual stretching for length. I heard you are supposed to stretch in the direction of what your erection is, meaning straight out and not down, or it makes ur erections weak and pointing the wrong way or something. I really just wanted advice on if it is really ok to pull down and back without effecting your erect state. I heard these are more effective anyway. Also, do the ligs retract if you stop your excercise or at least wean off, or can you keep most of your gains forever or for years at a time. THANKS
