hi
i find it diff to tense the muscle for 3-5sec..did you all find it diff to tense the muscle in the beginning..do you think im doing it wrong??

Your probably not doing it wrong, they do get easier as you better develop the PC. I probably only hold mine for the 2-3 sec range, but I'm also talking about 300 per day. A longer hold is better if your willing and able to put the concentration in during the day. I also try to add in a few small sets of 5-10 sec holds during the day, but I am not quite as religious about the longer holds. I probably should be, but I'm not.
