I am new to this site and could use some help getting started. I signed up for the free consultation almost a week ago but still as of yet have not gotten a response. I was hoping that someone out there could get me started on a nice easy beginners workout. Nothing to complicated, just something to get me started and on my way. I have seen some routines posted on here but I was hoping to start out very simple and possibly in laymens terms, nothing fancy. I have tried some of these P.E techniques in the past on other sites with zero results so I am hoping this time will be different so if someone could post a simple, easy to follow and understand routine for me as a beginner, something even a newbie can follow :) it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks to all of you guys on here that donate your time and experience to those of us just starting out and I look for to checking out your site ferrari.
Thanks again....

Rustincat,
Everyone's experiences with PE vary from what I've seen and read. However, there are three basic elements that seem to work well for me. They are Pub Flexes (PC muscle), Jelqs (Milking) and Manual Stretching. Here is a very simple workout to try if you're just starting out:
5 Min Hot Wrap
10-15 Minutes Jelq (Start off with lower intensity Jelqs for the first few minutes and work up to high pressure intense jelqs for the remainder.) I'd increase this by 5 minutes every week until you are at at least 30 minutes.
5-10 Min Hot Wrap to warm down
As for the manual stretching, I've taken Ferraris method and do these in the morning (My workouts are in the afternoon/evening) For methods on this, check out his post on "Manual Stretching."
Working your PC muscle is imperative to making gains, and also has a lot of bonus benefits like harder erections, increased staying power, and intensified orgasms. I try to do at least 500 of these a day. I just do them whenever I think about it b/c you don't need a warm up and can do them anywhere.
There are many opinions on frequency of workouts. I'd start off with an easy 1 on 1 off program and work up to more (2 on 1 off or 3 on 1 off etc.) The most important thing here is just to Listen to your body! If you are sore, rest and don't workout that day. If you feel good, then by all means get the workout in.
Welcome aboard and best of luck with your gains! I hope this helps out.
