Battle, battle and battle...

They all say "to roll back the skin", though I always find it too dificult as it's conditioned position is to cover the majority of the head, so it just goes back up.

Try your best.

It always one part ive had trouble with.

3 days on and 1 day off is what that implies.

I have foreskin, I don't do anything differently with jelq and holds. Does that seem to hurt you, or what? Tell me what the problem is there.

The pressured shlong is something I did find uncomfortable, so I don't do it anymore. If you wanted to continue with that exercise, divide it up and apply pressure to one part of the shaft at a time. This is usually done at the base, in the middle, and near the head for 10 seconds. I didn't like that, so I chose something else.

Im uncircumcised and I just do the exercises that do not cause trouble with having the extra skin. I've only done the pressured schlong a few times but it wasnt that difficult you just pull back the skin and grab right under the head and pull out. Just make sure you're pulling just the head and not the skin 'cause then you're just stretching the skin and not the shaft. Just do the jelqs and dont worry about the skin going back over the head it doesn't mak eany bit of difference the jelqs are still as effective.
