I read that you can do to much PC work outs that can cause a reverse benifit. Is this true ? I do PC all the time weather I am riding in a car or sitting I do them as long as I can. Is there such a thing as to much ? Any comments would be appricated. Thanks

Since the PC is the only actual "muscle" involved with PE, I'd look at it in the same way as weight training. Though I don't think you'd get reverse benefits from working the PC all the time, I do think you can maximize your results by taking rest days. If your PC is sore, let it rest for a day. This all depends on you as well. Some people can recoop faster from muscle workouts than others. If you are taking any anabolic weight training supps to help your recoop process, then working out the muscle daily might be fine.

Thanks for the advise I really dont get that tired or sore its almost a automatic response.I rest for awhile then start again its gotten easier the more I do it. I dont take any supplements. Thanks
