I stopped doing PE about 10 months ago after getting stuck. My goal was to reach 8 x 6.5, but after fantastic gains I couldn't get past 7.6 x 6.25 no matter what I did.

I am back for one more kick at the can, but before I start I would like to call upon some PE veterans for suggestions. I am holding steady now at 7.5 x 6 after having slipped a bit right after stopping. I am going to try to gain a half inch more of length and a half inch more of girth in 5 months. Right now I've started some basic jelqing until I get warmed up. In a week I will start into what will be my regular routine. My instinct is to go with the following simple routine, but with an understanding of my situation, perhaps someone has a better suggestion.

7 min warm up (bath)
7 min downward stretch
12 min jelq
7 min ferrari girth variations
5 min pressured long shlong
5 min cooldown

Thanks for your help

Good Luck Cleveland, I've been stuck at 7 1/4" for around 6 months now. I took all of July off in the hopes my dick would decondition enough to get streched again.

Maybe your taking time off will have helped. Let us all know how it goes for you.

Welcome back, I remember you. I was a newbie and you were one of the vets 10 months ago. Seems a little strange to be suggesting something to you, but here goes. I think that maybe you need to work your tunica a little more than your workout suggests. The pressured LS does hit the tunica, but there are a couple of stretches described in the advanced technique section that would be something new for you to try. Check out DLD's Bundled Tunica Stretch and Mowinman's Twisted Uli's. You may have pretty much maxed out your ligs and you need to focus a little more energy on the tunica. Both of these exercises have gotten pretty favorable comments in other posts. I think that you should try one of these or both instead of the pressured LS. Perhaps even take some time from the downward stretch. I would leave at least 8 min. of downward stretch. You don't want to concede that there's nothing left for the ligs. I think that these exercises might give you the extra that your looking for.

Thanks for the advice. I think I will throw some more tunica work in there, Turtle. It's probably going to be tough sledding, but what can you do? I'll throw in an update in a little while.
